Taking a sightseeing cruise down the Seine in Paris was something I’d wanted to do since I first arrived in France, and it only took me about 10 months to finally get around to it! I probably wouldn’t have done so unless I was with these two champions:
I’m now convinced there is nothing quite as stunning as Paris at night. A few weeks ago, we stayed out past our bedtimes to walk along the Seine, and boy, was it worth it! This isn’t going to be a long post, like last time, but just a humble collection of photos that can’t do the sights justice.
Throughout my time in France, I have been attending a language school who occasionally put on cultural trips to supplement our learning, which I think is great! Our most recent excursion took us from Chatou to Bougival, via Croissy-sur-Seine, to discover more about the Impressionist painters of the later 1880s.
