A little while ago, I posted a handful of photos from a trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower. When my friend, Amy, visited me in France, this was one of her ‘must-do’ attractions, and when my sister came, this was on her list too!
So I took my camera up again, but this time with my telephoto lens! With this lens, I could really get close to the ground, despite being 300 metres in the air. It was quite a strange sensation to be honest. I did a lot of people-watching.
As is to be expected, you can see for miles from the top of the Eiffel Tower. If you ever wanted to see typical Parisian style and architecture, this may be one of the best places to witness it.
I did my best to pick out as many other Paris landmarks for my sister, who was probably a bit bored of my guided tours of the city by the end of her trip!
I’m not going to waffle on and on about the Eiffel Tower in this post, because really there’s not a lot more to say that isn’t already common knowledge. And I have an incredibly historical and ever so slightly wordy few posts coming up! You have been warned!
